Website Purchase and Order Information: Availability: Within Lost Arts Trade Company I am involved in many different endeavors. There is a necessary seasonal rhythm to my yearly operations, and each part of that cycle is crucial to each of the others and to my creativity. Although multi-tasking and multiple ‘similar theme’ project production is the strong point of my work schedule, only so many of any particular item are produced during the year. Only a very few of my favorite items are ever replicated, and even when they are, the very nature of the materials used dictates that each is still truly unique. My work also changes dramatically with each passing year as I enthusiastically explore new skills and techniques. These factors affect both availability and delivery time. |
Orders from Stock: These items are produced as the ideas or designs occur to me. They are sold on a first come, first served basis, and are subject to availability as indicated above. Purchases of stock items are arranged through contact with me, either by phone, mail, or email. Payment is accepted in money order, checks, or approved credit cards, and is also arranged with the confirmation of the order. Checks must clear before shipment. At present time a secure server is NOT available. To order an item from inventory, simply contact me with either the descriptive name or identification number of the item, or both if applicable. Once availability is confirmed and business arrangements are finalized, the item(s) will be shipped within 6 business days. Shipping and handling, state taxes where applicable, and insurance if desired, are added costs. Custom orders: I do thoroughly enjoy custom orders and will work with nearly any unrestricted natural materials the client may wish to include, and which are either already in my inventory or readily available, including materials provided by the client. I also thoroughly enjoy incorporating themes of special meaning to the client as well. Custom orders and all details pertaining to them are also arranged by contacting me directly. These orders can typically take anywhere from five weeks to two years to complete, depending entirely on the item ordered. My Guarantee: I unconditionally guarantee my workmanship and your satisfaction. I offer free repair of any item due to normal wear and tear. I will retouch, refurbish, or alter a piece at standard shop rates. The client assumes shipping and handling charges. |
